AOD Clinician

Tranx is seeking a self motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic person with excellent people skills for the above role. This is a 0.6 part-time position three days a week 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Applicants will have relevant tertiary qualifications and a broad range of counselling experience in the alcohol and other drug field. Knowledge of kaupapa Māori and/or personal experience of AOD recovery will be an advantage. Current DAPAANZ registration is preferred. Clinical AOD experience since recovery is essential (where applicable). A current driver’s license and a reliable car are essential.

The Tranx team is small and committed to providing excellence in client care. Training in treatment of minor tranquilliser addiction/dependence will be provided.
